Backing done!

Made a little mistake, waste of thread, but it was an easy fix at least!

Not even 10 am yet!  Also a picture of the extra blocks that I'll use on the backing.

Finally got back to this quilt!  Busy week didn't allow for time, but tonight I finished putting the rows together, got side boarders on, & prepped the binding!  Hope to have a picture of the finished top soon!

Rows done

Got the rows done & did a much needed cleaning out of my machine's bobbin area!  Need to get some house work done, so don't know if I'll get to the pressing and row pinning today.  Pretty happy with the pace of this quilt top.  I'll need to get some batting this week as soon as I decide on borders.

Designing Layout

Got my blocks all trimmed to 6.5" & laying them out on the bed to figure out arrangement!  Probably my favorite part of the process!

Cutting & Pressing [Day 1]

This will be at least a two or three day job.  Not my favorite part of the quilting process.  Need a higher table, kills my back bending over so far!

My New Sewing Room

We're kind of all moved in!  Got a pretty package today so starting a new project!  Nature's Basket layer cake is the material I'm using for a HTS pattern.
