Pinterest might be evil, but I'm getting close to 90% of my ideas for Christmas presents on it. Here's the start to my first attempt at a quilted start potholder. Working up fairly quickly & easily so far! Still feeling under the weather, so won't finish it today.
The cold/flu bug hit our house this past week. Today was the first day that I felt like doing some sewing. I have the top 2 rows done, & sashing almost done on the rest (4 to go). Should be good on getting this project done before its needed!
Finished another small gift. Made this stitching into a little decoration for my mom for Christmas. Really should be working on the T-shirt quilt. Maybe today!
Just finished stitching the chicken for another Christmas gift! Think this will end up being a small throw pillow for my mom. :)

Just about done with the 4th snowflake. I think this will be a cute table runner for my mom for Christmas this year. I already have 2 other gifts bought & am waiting on one other to come in the mail. It's strange, I know, to be buying/making gifts already, but it sure makes the holidays less stressful to have the majority of the gifts ready by July! Often by Christmas I've forgotten what some of the gifts are that I wrapped so early in the year that its a surprise for me too when they open them! :)
